DELIVERY TERMS FOR TRANSLATIONS
A translator of ours can normally translate about 18.000 characters daily (or about 3.000 words per day) and this rating is calculated in the estimate. However, for reasons in connection with our work load or anyhow beyond our control, the delivery terms might be postponed for a few days. In such a case, the additional days will be calculated in the estimate and you will be promptly notified by e-mail.

SOURCE TEXT IN FORMATS OTHER THAN THE ASCII CODE
If your source text is not in the Ascii code but is in another format, you may send it as an attachment to the following e-mailbox: translations@studiosoft.it
You will receive the quotation by e-mail, along with instructions telling you what to do if you wish to confirm your order. In such case, the only two payment modes allowed are money order or bank order (swift).

THE "Calculate the estimate" BUTTON
After clicking on this button, you will have to wait for a while, especially if you entered a text of a certain length (beyond 50.000 characters), after which the total estimate, the word count and other information will be displayed.
Finally, if you wish to confirm the order, you will be prompted to enter your corporate data, which are needed for invoicing. Then, you will have four payment options (credit-card on a secure server, on a non-secure server, money order, bank order).

IE3 or NAVIGATOR 3 browsers
Owing to Windows 95/98/2000 restraints, using these browsers you will not be allowed to enter more then 30.000 characters approx. at a time.

IE4/5 or NAVIGATOR 4 browsers
With some of the initial releases of these browsers, you may happen not to be able to enter up to 300.000 characters. Some releases may accept up to 100.000 characters, others up to 140.000 characters, and so on.
