terms of the warranty
For as long as the original purchaser owns our products they are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship.  Arlecchino shall either repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.
Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our option. Damages due to accident or improper care will be repaired at a reasonable rate.

return shipping procedures
Defective products must be returned with original proof of purchase and with shipping pre-paid.
So that we can process your request as quickly as possible, we require that you send an e-mail to our Sales Department sales@studiosoft.it telling us why you are returning an item. In addition, you must contact Arlecchino via Telefax (+39 035 614966) to receive a confirmation code from one of our customer service representatives prior to shipping any merchandise back to us. PLEASE PRINT THE CODE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN PACKAGE. Returned items without a confirmation code will not be processed.
Please retain your portion of the receipt and enclose the return portion with your item. In addition, please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package.

Please do not write jewelry, diamonds, antique, paintings, sculptures or any other identifiable luxury item word in order to protect the package against possible theft during transportation.

It is very important that YOU, THE BUYER, sign for the receipt of your package. Arlecchino WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND and is not responsible for lost packages that are accepted and signed for by someone other than you, the buyer.

When you receive your courier express or international postal service shipment from Arlecchino, examine it carefully in the presence of the courier delivery representative. DO NOT accept your package if you see evidence of tampering and send an e-mail sales@studiosoft.it and a fax (+39 035 614966) to Arlecchino immediately.
