with no scratches nor stains. Each of the 6 teaspoons has 4 marks: Lion

(the Crown), i, jd. The handle is very thin, smooth, and not wrought.
Inside the case the manufacturer's name -E.C. Kemp & Co. - Goldsmiths and
Silversmiths in Leicester- is etched (case size cm. 11x15 - in. 4.5x6)

It is a typical
example of English silverware, it is an oval-shaped basket with a raised
bottom, the upper edge is much wrought with a floral motif repeated in a
series, the handle is movable and is hinged with two side openings, it
showing small series wrought works. In the bottom 2 marks can be found (high
cm. 20 - in. 8). Good conditions.
Unique Features
The wrought edge is very beautiful,
consisting of a set of highly elaborate flower-cups, framed in small square
frames.

It is
a rare example of fine intaglio on a silver plate in the typical rococo
style, with the author's signature on bottom right under Christ's feet (see
blown up photograph). Originally, it might have been applied to the cover of
a religious book (size cm. 9x12 - in. 3.5x4.8). Optimum conditions.
Unique Features
This
kind of object is very rare. The engraving of the characters in the central
medallion reveals the hand of an excellent artist, the intaglio and the
wringing of the large frame that encloses the medallion are very accurate.
It is a piece for real connoisseurs and high-level collectors.

It is a finely
worked and impressive work, with the wringing of the silver sheet. It is a
rare example of silver sheet work coming from India. The bust of the horse
shows a very precise and detailed depiction of the mane and the ornaments
that were used to decorate horses both in military parades and when they
used to set out for war: you may notice a long set of at least 5 rows of
necklaces, belts and pendants enriching the horse neck (base cm. 32 - in.
13, high cm. 43 - in. 17.5). Optimum conditions.

It is a very rare piece
both for the material used and for the depicted theme. A piece for real
connoisseurs!

set of two cups made from pewter (16th c.)
CULTURAL GOOD volumetric weight Kg.3
It is a cup and a bowl of the 16th century. The cup has a base wrought with a set of small circles, whereas the upper portion is richly wrought. The bowl bears a very fine design on the upper rim, and on the bottom is marked with the symbol -S-B-. They are both of Lombard origin (high cm.7.5 - in.3, diam. cm.17 - in.6.8). Conditions: The cup was repaired on the bottom, the bowl has a small hole by the mark.
Unique Features
Pewters of this period are almost rare, and these ones probably belonged to a tableware set of a caste located in the area between Bergamo and Milan (North Italy).
