Each Murano Art Glass item is rigorously hand-made. Hence, it is a specially precious and valuable piece. Any flaws possibly found on the bottom of the item or in areas that are not immediately visible do not mean that the item is flawed. They indicate it is entirely hand-made.

Our artistic items made from Murano Art Glass are manufactured by Glass-Masters skilled in blown glass by the flying-hand technique, hence, not using industrial moulds. Therefore, they are extremely light objects, more precious than normal glass.

Our artistic items from Murano Art Glass are one-of-a-kind and limited-copy pieces, as each lot is manufactured from one sole glass pot, which, of course, may contain melted glass to be used for a limited number of items. When the glass of a melting flow is over, glass is added to manufacture another lot of items. This causes the glass colour (if any) to change, though slightly. Actually, two pieces that are blue or red in colour and have the same shape and design, will be slightly different in colour if they come from two different glass pots. This is what makes each item a one-of-a-kind, extremely precious piece.

Our organization allows us to offer a prompt-delivery service that other handicraft concerns based in Murano cannot provide, as they normally work to order. We think that sales through the Internet should not allow delivery to take place 30 days after the order is placed. That is why Arlecchino Fine Arts organized its own stock-house that keeps in stock about 20-30 pieces per item displayed in the virtual store.
